I read this story in the comments of LinkedIn discussion “Architecture and Scrum: How much is enough?" and liked this.
There are two leaders very close to each other, they usually watch the market and one day they go out and watch one restaurant and found the rush in, then they got an idea that why don’t we start a business with our teams. Then pig requests chicken to name restaurant, chicken also requests pig for the same.. the conversation goes on to finalize the name. Ultimately pig decides name and does some activities, chicken just watches the activities the pig is doing and argues each other on the road when they got conflicts. At last the business at the beginning stage and nothing is progressive. Without roles and responsibilities agile methodology is not recommendable.
